I can't even right now my heart is so broken... I'm literally devastated and I can not stop crying... seriously I've been crying since two in the freaking morning... OMG, what a love story! This two book series took me on the longest journey of my life. I'll do my best with this review but damn it's so hard to put into words what I thought about these books.

I guess I can say it was amazing and wonderful but so sad and gut-wrenching. It was also very beautiful written though a bit repetitive. This one is not for the light readers who expect a Hea depending on how you look at it. To me, it has a sad but achingly beautiful gut-wrenching ending. (though the author did rip my heart out, ripped it shreds then threw it on the ground and stomped on it) Ren and Della two beautiful souls with love so epic I felt like I was watching a damn Nicholas Sparks movie. They loved each other so fiercely, I mean this was some deeeeeep deep love.

Thanks, Pepper Winter for putting me all up and around the corner in my feelings I cried like a baby, hubby waking up to ask what the hell is wrong with me lol. And I'm just sitting there like
I just grabbed him and held him tight life is seriously too short.

Calling all my Goodreads friends and followers you must read this book!!!

This book was amazing!!! I have a new author to add to my favorite list and her name is Tiya Rayne. Hooked from page one I was freaking blown away reading. This book had me all up in my feels. I was so entertained and consumed with every character, I'm talking the good ones, the bad ones, and the freaking insanely delusional one. I would love for this book to become a movie or mini-series like on Netflix or HBO. Seriously this was written perfectly.
I loved and adored this story. It had all the goods; the action the smut; the devastation the surprising twist the couple you fight for the side characters you root for plus the villain you love to hate and of course the HEA that will have you sighing yourself to sleep!

Thank you, Ms Tiya Rayne, aka KC Connor I see you girrrrlll!
I love you for writing this perfectly and amazing story I sure hope there is a book two because I damn sure will be reading it.

I'm.... well I don't know I'm kinda speechless.... give me a sec..............

Ok, I have to say this was really good and very entertaining beautifully written Michelle Hodkin knows how to tell a story her writing is captivating but what I loved most was she had this knowledgeable edge to her writing. This series is dark spooky at times and sad there are a lot of twisty messy turns, I'd be crying one min and laughing the next. Every character in here was amazing you love to love them and loved to hate them. I loved this series and when I re-read it someday I'll come back with a better review sometimes books can make your thoughts so scrabbled you can't let them out lol.

A love letter to whiskey was so a pain in my ass! Y'all know I love young adult to new adult books this was another one of those. But this book right here had me in all my emotions. I really thought this was going to my best friends boyfriend type of book but boy was I wrong. Jamie and B took me on a drunken haze of push and pull I literally feel like I've had way too much to drink. Through the whole book, she describes Jaime as some type of Whiskey from his hair to his eyes to his kiss to the way he made love, and so on and so on.

This book had loads of break your heart, break his heart, break her heart, break their heart, hell break everybody's damn heart just because two people couldn’t get their shit together. I loved and hated this story it had me all in my feels. And you know you got me hooked when you can do that.

These quotes pretty much sums up these two
“Were toxic, Jamie. All we do is hurt each other, hurt the ones who love us, hurt ourselves,”
But this was the best quote for me and I feel they just did too much fighting against it… well, I should say she. She was a hot mess. Buuut then again he was too...
“There’s more courage in admitting you love someone and fighting for them than letting them go because it hurts less.” Her best friend Jenna was on point with that.
But nearing the end of this twisty twirly merry-go-round the Heroine spoke to me.

“I know I’ve put you, as a reader, through a lot. Maybe too much. I wouldn’t blame you if you hated me right now. I pretty much did at that point. Then she says, “because the truth is there are more than a few times in my life where I made the wrong decisions. And I was like hell yeah you did cheating ain't cool girl ain't cool. Then she says “I am flawed and though I know it was hard to read I'm not sorry for telling the truth. I’m not ashamed of my path. Me well you should be ashamed of the cheating at least lol... then she goes on to say "In a way, I think it's about figuring out who we are through the mistakes we make.” And I really believe that I like that she wanted to make something of herself and figure out what she wanted in life I think she had the right of it not wanting to have a long distance relationship I think he was a drug to her and her to him they were both toxic they were best friends and soulmates I could truly see that reading this but in the end they both broke my heart. Don't get me wrong glad they got the Hea but what they put each other through was just sad.

This story is for the ones who love the drama that like the girl who can't figure out what the hell she wants and the boy she cant stay away from. This is for those that love the boy who knows what he wants but just can't figure how to make it stick. All in all a good frustrating read but I think I will stay away from Whiskey it's obviously not good for you lol

Whoo hoo, I love when a book takes me by surprise. I started this book last year sometime and honestly, I can't say where my reading head was at that point in time but it obviously was not in a good place to have put it down to read later. I'm so glad I picked it up again seriously I ate this story up.

The story started off slow but there were a lot of pockets in the story that had you thinking " hmmm what was that all about?" to keep you wanting to know more. When it finally picked up it was like wham! Everything is thrown at you at once. This was very entertaining once it got going I couldn't put it down, except of course when I had to change a baby's diaper or feed my kids and husband or drive my daughter to to her dance studio, ugh the life of a mom dont these people know I need to read lol... and you know how my grown ass feels about young adult to new adult stories.

Anyhow this is a paranormal young adult/new adult with some sexual situations so I'd recommed 18 and up.
Cianne had abilities the she trys her best to surpress she meets Tristain at a very young age and throw some her power/engergy to him giving them a conncecton that brings them together years later as Seniors in highschool. This book had a lot of charater building and they dont start the Coesen world building till the end. Leaving me eager to get started on the next book there are a lot of twist and turns in this. You might think in the beginning of reading this its going to predictable but I was so, so wrong.

1. you start it off with a bang
2. you keep me up till my eyes burn
3. you have me all squrimy in my seat waiting for my husband to get home
4. you give me those gut-wrenching moments then put me back together again
5. you give me something lengthy to read and think about for a long time

Well, Ms. Theodora Tayor did at least 4 out 5 for me. I wished it was longer I wanted more from them both. But Honestly, this was a whoa where did that come from type of read. After reading the first book this one totally caught me by surprise! This book was amazing a lil dark and gritty. I love me some Zahir he was just... gurrrrl he got me speechless...


I think this one is my fav so far out of the series, but I still have one more to go. What I loved most was Ms. T did an excellent job of not have these characters in this story sound and act the same as the couple in book 1. Prin was a heroine I loved as well she was that LL Cool J around the way girl not from the Bronx but from Jersey.

I want a girl with extensions in her hair
Bamboo earrings, at least two pair
A Fendi bag and a bad attitude


This was juicy and steamy and I can't wait to read Luca's story. Him and his 'Whats What' is a big suprise from the cliffy I just read at the end of this book

Well, this was really good it was like watching a novella series on Telemundo! I know your thinking girl you serious?
Yaaasss I'm serious I love those shows wish they would caption them in English though so I know what they're saying lol.
Anyhoo this had great drama with some twist and turns kept up at night reading till my eyes burned. Holt and Sylvie's story was for me, bittersweet. I can't wait to find out what happens next with his two friends.

This book my friends was freaking amazing! I looooooved it. it just kept getting better and better as I read on till I just couldn't stop smiling....me

This had all my young adult to new adult loves. It topped the cake on the last few I have read- I have been on a roll with Ya/Na lately. This had me in my girly feels the love of these two young birds took me back to my hubby and I dating in school Oh that young love. This was so steamy and sweet. I love how this was written the author brought these characters to life for me and I truly felt the love and hurt, the shame the pain, the drama, and the happiness these characters went through. This is a series of books that I read out of order but can be read as a stand-alone.

You will fall so in love with Ezra and Kayla, they both pulled at my heartstrings and their little dog too ;)

Seriously truth right there...
This was everything I love about this genre. It had all the goodies to put me in my feels, the depth I needed to get to know the characters the drama the gut-wrenching heartache and the Hea that put my broken heart back together. This was one steamy read had me fanning myself and doing that silly grin.
This hooked me from the first page Landon was something else I liked his spoiled ass so much and hated him too h
My girl Maya yeah girl get it get it I loved her, she was so strong. great read my only problem was how his and her parents handled what happened there should have been charges pressed imo other than that I truly enjoyed this story I sure hope Ms. Sara Hess writes more I/R

Twist Of Hate

A Twist of Hate by Crystal Hubbard

This was an interesting read at times I almost DNF this story. The one and the only reason why was because they put this girl so high on a pedestal. I was surprised the author didn't say that her farts and poop were like rainbows and candy, seriously I have never read a story with a perfect character well other than Jesus in the Bible. It was strange how utterly perfect she was. I like my heroines with flaws lol. But other than that this story intrigued me and as huge gigantic fan of I/R young adult to new adult romance type of stories this was right up my alley so yeah I had to continue reading and I'm kinda glad I did
If you read the blurb you get the jest of what its about but basically it was
Siobhan is perfect girl that excelled in everything
Cadmen was the smart but dumb boy who falls for her
A bad boy whose name i forget thinks he should have the perfect girl and harasses her through the whole book, he reminded me of the from A Christmas Story from the way the author discribed him
Perfect girl hates bad boy
Smart but dumb boy gets the perfect girl but as besties with bad boy can't see the wrong his b/f is doing to perfect girl until it's too late
This story had it all the good the bad and the ugly plus things that trigger young readers but I liked that the author didnt hold back of what goes on in school and what ignorance jealousy and hate can do to the young and old. I'm really glad I didnt give up on this story it turned out to be very interesting.

Ok, so this was an ok read for me. I'd actually give it 3.5 stars. I love me some paranormal and fantasy stories even a little sci-fi (If it's done right) This shape-shifting story was out of my comfort zone but hey I'd thought I'd give it a shot, try something new...Well, this one starred a shape-shifting dragon LOL! I'm sorry for laughing all you shape-shifting dragon lovers out there, I mean don't get me wrong I looooove dragons, bad ass Daenerys Targaryen fueled my love for them. But it was just hard for me to imagine a man changing into one. Every time I thought about it I'd see this in my head

But then as I read more into the book he grew on me and I thought hey this is cool, so my thoughts of him changed into a big bad ass dragon that looked more like this


Now as for what the H turned into spoiler alert a freakin unicorn
I'm sorry but I couldn't connect with that part of the story it was kind of laughable and the love interest between the H/H was a little on the cheesy side I wanted more depth. Even the Villian in the book was strange. This kinda reminds me of a wanna be Nalini Singh Archangels series since there were a lot of similarities but this one sorta fell flat, it was just missing somethings. But I faith in this series I think it would get better as the series goes on. The other characters seemed kinda cool the fairies definitely had my interest.

AWEEEEEEEEE! This was soooooooo sweeeeeeet! Like cotton candy apple butter, pecan pie, sugar dumpling kinda sweet. I looooove this story! Another lifetime worthy story to read hmmm need to make that a shelf. So new author for me and a male one at that! This dude can write. This story gripped me from page one. You will fall in love with all the characters Teddy was my fav. (The hero's best friend)
So this was about a bad boy price who falls in love with a star actrees (sound familiar) Who's excited about the upcoming wedding???

Anyway these two go on a loving journey of a hush shush relationship until it gets leaked that they're dating. I truly enjoyed reading this it had me in all my girly feels like I said cotton candy sweet, but the love scenes wow I had to do a double/ triple take and make sure this was written by a male... Can I give a shot out to the author Chance Carter Dude you made me blush!!!

I recommend to all my friends seriously you won't be disappointed reading this.

Obsessed

Obsessed by Eve Vaughn

Goodness gracious this book right here
This was a niiiiiice first read by author Eve Vaughn and won't be my last. Wow what can I say??? Well The Hero Blaise was a crazy ass dominating obsessed dued but I loved it. He knew what he wanted and didn't back down until he got it. Kaia did stand a chance up against him. He had a whole other type of level of determination going on lol, black mail he was game lol. I will say that Kaia did put up a good fight with him but of course toward the middle she caved which was fine it was all written pretty smoothly.
I love these straight to the point type stories with no love at first sight. I don't usually like quick reads because I need depth and all that to pull me in for the up and down road ahead, but with this story I didn't feel I needed it. This was just a fun hot spicy dominating read I cant wait for more from these two yuuup there is a part two.
